Sow August to
September 1cm (1/2") deep. Thin to 15cm (6") final spacing, with 15cm
(6") between the rows. A low growing subject which repays good weed
control. Otherwise fairly trouble free. Pick a few leaves at a time, do not
completely defoliate the plant.
VERTE DE CAMBRAI
A smaller leaved
variety with outstanding flavour. Cut complete rosette. August sowings supply
winter crops.
VIT
Extremely vigorous,
can be used for spring or autumn crops. Long glossy leaves with a mild minty
