Sow from April to
August outdoors in rows 23cm (9") apart. Cut when 7.5 - 10cm (3 - 4")
high and allow to re-grow. Use leaves to spice up salads. Tends to run to seed
during the hottest months. The season may be extended in tunnels or under
plastic.
